Our product experts update you and get your feedback at each milestone in our wholesale collaboration, keeping you in charge and in control of your project.

We further assist with post-production services such as flexible deliveries, sales training, product support, and dedicated client care. Everything to make sure Repose Modern works for you.

Wholesale Step 1. A complimentary consultation is standard for every project. This consultation has handwritten notes about a custom chair with wood legs, a light coloured fabric, a price indication, and checkboxes for custom and bespoke options.

At Repose Modern, your wholesale experience begins with a complimentary brainstorm.

We take the time to understand your requirements, nurture your vision, and assess your budget. A dedicated product expert manages your project from start to finish, creating a consistent experience for you with clear communication throughout our collaboration.

Based on your consultation, we recommend the optimal product types for you.

For custom and bespoke pieces, we provide a detailed graphic rendering of your products before we deliver physical prototypes.

Your product expert reviews all the details with you, including upholstery material, fabric colour, dimensions, and other customizable parts such as chair legs.

If you’d like to make design changes, it would be our genuine pleasure until you feel great about your products. When you’re happy with what you see, we move on to prototypes.

Step 3 - Prototype

We want your Repose Modern wholesale experience to be your best.

That’s why—for custom and bespoke pieces—we offer market-ready prototypes for your approval before we begin production. Your dedicated product expert delivers your prototypes in-person, giving you a hands-on experience and up-close opportunity to make a second round of changes if needed.

When every detail is perfect, we move on to production.

Wholesale Step 4. Production in Repose Modern's factory with artisans who have more than 30 years of manufacturing experience.

Step 4 - Production & QA

Our artisans bring over 30 years of furniture manufacturing experience to the table.

Each piece is hand-made and hand-finished with meticulous attention to detail. Your dedicated expert updates you in real-time throughout the process, so you know exactly where your products are in the production cycle.

When your products arrive at our Toronto warehouse, we conduct a final inspection and QA test before shipping to you.

Wholesale Step 5. Wholesale product delivery to client store or regional distribution centre.

Step 5 - Delivery & Support

Regardless of your order size, we can deliver to your store, warehouse, or regional distribution hub.

If you lack sufficient warehouse space, we offer flexible deliveries. This service feature lets you stock what you can, then take the rest of your order on a monthly schedule that works for you. The upside? You can benefit from our generous volume discounts while reducing your storage cost.
