At Repose Modern, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture that enhances your home. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all of our products. Please read the following details to understand warranty coverage, exclusions, and process.
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all furniture purchased from Repose Modern, which covers defects in materials and craftsmanship related to the structural integrity of the product. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for products sold and delivered within Canada for residential use.
Coverage Includes:
Frame defects: Issues with the structural frame of the furniture, such as cracks, breaks, or warping.
Joint defects: Any problems with the integrity of the joints, including broken or loose connections that affect the functionality or safety of the product.
Structural failures: Any failure in the design or materials that impacts the product’s usability and stability.
2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear: This includes damage caused by regular use, such as surface scratches, fading, discoloration, or fabric pilling.
Damage due to misuse: Any damage caused by improper care, accidental damage, or neglect (e.g., stains, burns, or dents).
Upholstery issues: This warranty does not cover issues related to fabric, cushions, or upholstery, including damage from pets, spills, or external contamination.
Environmental damage: Fading or deterioration caused by exposure to sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures.
Commercial use: This warranty is intended for residential use only and is void if the product is used in commercial settings.
Transportation or handling damage: Damage that occurs during moving or delivery outside of Repose Modern’s control.
3. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your furniture has a defect covered under this warranty, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at reposehomeinc@gmail.com. Please be sure to provide your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue.
Provide Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original sales receipt or order confirmation will be required to verify your warranty claim.
Submit Photos: For certain claims, we may ask for photos of the defect to help us assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the nature of the defect and the product.
4. Repair or Replacement
Repairs: If the product can be repaired, we will arrange for necessary repairs to be done at no cost to you.
Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same or a similar product (subject to availability).
Refunds: In some cases, we may offer a partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved by repair or replacement.
5. Warranty Limitations
This warranty is the exclusive remedy for defects or issues with the product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
6. Warranty Period
The 1-year limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers structural defects only for the following period:
Frames: 1-year coverage from the date of purchase.
Structural components (e.g., bases, legs, joints): 1-year coverage from the date of purchase.
7. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
