Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if available).

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or due to high order volumes.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Canada only. If you would like to request shipping outside of Canada, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Some larger furniture items may require special delivery arrangements or incur additional fees — we’ll contact you if this applies to your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order:

  • Standard Delivery: Usually 1-5 business days after shipping.

  • Large Furniture Deliveries: May take longer and require an appointment for delivery.

We partner with reliable carriers, but please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery or pickup, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Custom-made, clearance, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

  • For hygienic reasons, some upholstered items may not be eligible for return once unwrapped.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at reposehomeinc@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product or variation, please contact us at reposehomeinc@gmail.com. Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
